Any one have any idea where to get the hose from the water pump to the thermostat housing of a 1988 460 OMC engine? The original part number is #912416

That's the hose that goes from the oil cooler up to the thermo housing, raw water intake hose?
I looked on Crowley Marine's OMC parts section and they say its NLA, but you could try Sea Way Marine in Washington State, they have a stock pile of obsolete OMC parts....
Or measure the nipple sizes and try to match it up. You can use automotive cooling hose, these systems are not under much pressure. I know on the Chevy thermo housings the nipple size for the raw water hose is a good deal bigger than the ones for the ex manifolds. So that is an oddball hose with a 3/4" inner diameter on one end and more like 1" on the other end (thermo end)....not sure if the Ford engines had the same thing.

Lou, it's part # 13 on the diagram I sent. Definitely water pump to thermostat housing hose.

Ok the one from the circulating pump to the thermo housing. Looks like that is also NLA, but I'd call Sea Way Marine in Washington State to see if they have it.
If not, I bet there may be a way to make up one using 2 different radiator hoses of the right diameter and curve/radius and use a PVC pipe section of the right diameter to link them up. If its a raw water system they are not under that much pressure at all and also your max temps should be less than 180* F. If that's too hot for PVC then you could use a piece of alu or stainless tubing....
A place that fabricates custom exhaust for inboards should be able to easily fab this up if its too hard to do yourself.
Looking at the front view of this hose in my '88 OMC manual, it looks like you could make this up with 3 hose sections, 2 right angle ones and one curved one joined by 2 pieces of PVC or whatever you want to use. If it was a closed system it would be more critical because they are under much more pressure.
