I hate the fact my trim fluid reservoir is mounted to the hull behind the engine. It's dark and hard to reach, I end up spilling the hydraulic fluid every time I top it off. Has anyone come up with a type of petcock that would allow me to "move" the fillup point, and possibly use a clear tube to see the fluid level?

To fill mine I have a large syringe that has a long narrow nozzle that easily fits into the port of the pump. Less mess and easy to add small amounts without overfilling.
