I am new to the site (It's already been a great help!), so I just thought I'd give a quick post to say hi and show off my 4 winns. I'm having some minor issues, which I posted under the engine section...so if you guys have a suggestions, tips or stories for a Freedom 160 with a 140 3.0L Mercrusier I'm all ears!

I just had it detailed! (So I figured it would start giving me problems! )

wow David, that is in absolutely beautiful condition. Its great to see something so nicely kept and in great condition.
Have you had it since new? I noticed the leg looks like its hardly been used. Has it done many hours?
Thanks Robbi

Actually I thing I'm like the third owner. I'm not sure of the hours. The guy I bought it from said that he and his dad rebuilt the engine about 2 years ago. and he only had it out a few times since then. I changed the impeller, shift shaft seal, water tube..just rebuilt the carb, new plugs, coil,..ect..and decided to get the electronic coil kit, to replace the points. (Should be here Monday) oh...and a new prop, and of course a new stereo, and with all that I still have less than $3000 in it, so I don't think I did too bad. Thanks for the compliments!
