1500 to 2000 is what it will bring. He is dreaming of a sucker at 5k. Some of the story does not match the pics.
The seats are so bad that they rotted through? It's got pretty new looking seats in the pics........
I would be very careful with the story on the motor as well.

I agree with JV. There is something fishy, and why did seats rot through? LOTS of Water on them, that means that floors are rotted too if you ask me. Seats dont rot and not the floors.

My 1985 195 Horizon had some rot on the floors that I replaced, it wasn't fun.

Scary stuff.
