It's probably either Taylor Made or Water Bonnet, you can look at the rest of the glass for a manufacturer's mark, or e-mail Four Winns and ask them, they may still have records on who made the windshields. I had to replace 2 pieces of windshield glass and was able to get them from Water Bonnet when my boat was 17 years old....
