Well i got the carpet and began installing! got maybe half way last night. headed out Salmon fishing on Lake Michigan with friends tommorw and then fathers day on Sunday so i will see if i can get anything done to it.

Well guys i spent some time on it Saturday afternoon and last night and got the carpet done for the most part. i recovered everything exept the motor cover and some side panels but i took it out last night and adjusted the new shift cables and went out today tubeing! had a blast and tried out the new water skis! had a problem free trip and will be sore in the morning but im happy! A year and a half project done and over with. Some minor things ill still do but i can enjoy it finally!!!

Well. i Just pulled out an old beat up Gimble bearing and installed a Brand new one. Amazing how much of a difference in noise and performance it made. Bearing was on its way out when i got it but didnt know it. Out to the water tonight for some fishin fun!

Did you tab the stringers into the hull or glass over them at all? What about the deck? And did you put two-part foam back in the hull?
That is a sweet little boat!!
