Hello all. New-to-me Horizon owner looking for some iFourWinns expertise.
I found some white mold under the floor in the fuel tank compartment while trying to sniff out the origin of faint gasoline fumes I noticed when opening the ski locker.

The wood all seems solid structurally, just covered in the white fuzzy stuff, the worst being the beam in the photo. I plan to attack this with a vinegar or bleach solution, wiping and letting dry. Any other suggestions to keep it at bay or other locations to check out? Every where else seems to be glassed over except for the wood in the fuel tank compartment.
Recently purchased the '99 Horizon 200 from a neighbor who takes great care of all his toys. Runs great, solid flooring, and regularly serviced. Boat has been in the water in a slip for the past few months, just removed for my purchase.
As a side note after removing the carpet piece from the ski locker the fumes have subsided.
Thanks in advance for any advice,
