| Post subject: | Bolster Seat Repair |
Has anybody repaired there bolster seat because the protect strip that covers the staples have come off? The staples are ripping my vinyl seats. I took the seat apart and tried to re-staple it with a heavy duty stapler but I couldn't penetrate the plastic. I noticed on other threads people have had the same issue and Fourwinns replaced the seats. I also have a 2006 but I'm guessing it is a little late now to have my seats replaced too. Have any of you had the same problem and fixed it yourself? I was thinking about using a 2 part epoxy and sanding it smooth. Any idea or thoughts? Thanks |
