my boat has the original camper top what is the best product to use on it to recondition
the vinyl after i clean it

I don't know that one can "recondition" vinyl, but if it's in good shape, using 303's Aerospace protectant will help make it last.

its in good shape just starting to get stiff. didnt know if any body made anything to put on that would soften if like when you use mink oil on leather

Even the manufacturer of my hot tub cover recommends 303. Since it's a synthetic material, I don't think you'll find something that can "rejuvenate" it like one can do with leather.
