I had the four winns swim platform mat put on late last year and over the winter is has been stained by dirt & dust. Gave it a good scrub with dish soap but not much improvement. Any suggestions on products to clean that type of rubber?

Not sure what the mat looks like but you can try the same soap/water with a magic eraser. It is like a very fine sandpaper in a sponge which should clean it if it is just on the surface. Do a small area first to make sure it doesn't ruin anything.
You're going to want to put a protectant on after your done like a 303 product or similar made for whatever material it is.
