Can anyone give me some info on how to remove the Name decal on the transom. Looking at a boat I would like to re-name. |

A heat gun on a low setting and a plastic scraper should work well to get the decal off. |

You might need to wet sand with fine sandpaper a tiny bit after you remove the decal then wax it prior to installing the new decals. I notice if the boat is older you get a raised effect and can see a ghost image in the fiberglass. I had to do that when I changed the name. Also, make sure you perform the ceremony for name changing for good luck.
