I read somewhere in the manual or pamphlets the recommended cleaners for the vinyl. It said either Fantastick ok and 409 not or vice versa. Does anybody know which one it was? Thanks! Doug '06 210 Horizon |

I think it's neither, isn't 303 the recommended product for vinyl? |

Yes, and they even include a brochure on it when you buy the boat. There is another industrial cleaner that's ridicuously expensive, mentioned in the manual. Fantastic is also ok, according to the manual for my '06. |

Mister Clean Magic Eraser is great for getting stains off your vinyl. Use a vinyl treatment that is specific for marine applications. You want to avoid many of the car products such as Armour -All as they remove necessary plasticizers and promote the cracking of the vinyl. We use Mister Clean Magic Eraser for stains and diluted Simple Green for general cleaningwith a 3M vinyl protectant to preserve and protect from UV |
