My favorite so far is Meguiar’s Flagship Premium Marine Wax. Although if you are looking for removing oxidation I would use something like 3M Marine Fiberglass Restorer 09006 or other polisher first then wax with Flagship Premium Marine Wax for routine maintenance...

I second the compound comment - from what I understand, your boat should shine before wax. You first need to wet sand / compound (likely just compound, depends how bad the oxidations is) to a nice shine and then protect that shine with the wax. I have just finished compounding my 99 hull, at 2 different grit levels, and the hull shines beautifully and has a deep reflection - and I have no wax on it yet.
This is a good read and the directions I am following: http://www.sailnet.com/forums/gear-maintenance/52772-tips-compound-polish-wax.html

I use the 3m stuff, but being my boat is white the gloss is nearly impossible to keep

All of the above and I usually finish with a teflon polish......

Just finished the process this weekend with Collinite 885 Feetwax Paste - I must say that the couple of Presta compound phases (gel coat and ultra cutting) and then this wax - the boat looks brand new. Really couldn't have asked for a better result.
This is my first time doing a serious compound/wax and I can highly recommend these products to others.

Steve.

Just got my pads for waxing and polishing and ready to start the process. This will be the first time so I have a question/s. Do you tape pinstripes, boat numbers, chrome etc. Is there anything I am missing. Any tips would be greatly appreciated :) .
I am going to use Meguair's #49-45 and flagship for the wax. We'll see how they do
