Hello All,

Looking to have a new stereo, am/fm, ipod docking, Bluetooth, satellite ready etc installed in my Funship 214. Thinking of going with a fusion. Question is, what is a cost range I should expect on this? I think the speakers are fine, one may need to be replaced, remote at stern needs to be replaced as well.

Thanks for any help,

Jim

When it comes to stereo, you replace all the speakers. You might think they're okay but if they're at least 3-4 years old they are toast.

Fusion makes a good head unit. You'll need to replace all the remotes to Fusion remotes. You really can't go wrong with Polk DB651 speakers.

Yep.
Every town usually has a surplus store of nothing but weird used electronics, wiring, etc. You can really go all out and top of the line with the wiring of a stereo for quite cheap. When I re-wired my Stingray it was nothing but tinned copper wrapped and heatshrinked with gold plated connectors. I don't think I spent over $50 to re-wire the whole stereo system correctly.
