I had a polk DB1040 in a small sealed enclosure in my last boat driven by a cerwin vega 300w class D amp. It would make the water ripple.

Everything of Fusion's, bar SOME of their Head Units is utter garbage.
Far better value products for the money, without the marketing dribble of Fusion.
I too run all Polk speakers and have run 500Wrms on a DB1040 with the voice coil only getting slightly warm.
Awesome bang for buck in something that sounds decent. 8)
