Not the best pics, but "aguyindallas" inspired me to finally take some.

That sub gain looks a little high for what you are pushing with it. Do you have the NF output from the deck all the way up?

NF output? I havn't had a lot of time to play with the setting yet on the amp. Plan on doing some tuning on it this week. Any suggestions? I know you have the same amp.

Are you only running the two sets of RCAs to the amp (all I can see)?
If so, disregard. If you are running 3 sets, one feeds the sub input on the amp and is from the NF (non-fade) output of the deck. Go into the menu of the deck. As you scroll through it, a NF output will come up. Make sure it is at it's highest. I think it only goes to 4. This will send the highest voltage output to the amp and allow it to not work so hard.

I am only runnign two set of RCA's into the amp. From what I remember it only has plug-ins for two?

Looks good, how does it sound?

Did you vent your bench seat towards the front to let some of that bass out of there?

I did not vent the seat and so far sounds ok. I still have some tuning to do and considering a different box before I do any venting.

Just as FYI, my compartments are vented on both sides, as well as the front. The front vents are only vented through the seat structure, not through the fascia panel. You can still tell a difference between the center seat (cooler access) being open or closed when the music is playing.

The "Sub Input" will be behind the lower 2 RCAs in this picture.

There will be a set of RCAs hanging from the back of your deck with caps on them. Do yourself a favor & connect these to the amp. It will allow you to adjust your fade in the boat without cutting signal to the sub.

Thanks for the info Brent. I will be working on the boat some more this Friday night and get back when I have time to play with the stereo some more and take a look at this other set of RCA's I don't remember being there. I do remember seeing three sets hanging from the back of the radio with caps, but none marked as which one was for what?

Thanks Brent for pointing out the sub RCA inputs. I missed that but got them hooked up and did some tuning on the amp and deck yesterday and everything sounds awesome now. For some reason after hooking up the sub input it actually sounds way better.
