I showed the wifey the picture of the before and after last night and she is all psyched about them now…but she said I need to do it like Jim does it. I don’t know how to take that tho

Oh sorry, not my secret - I saw a post here where 230Mike did this to a set of db 651's and followed suit with some db 650's I bought but never installed because of the color. They are installed now, and there's no going back. Here's the link:
