Ya, that was my understanding of how it should be set up. You guys' comments above made it sound like it was running all of the time and draining your battery when you said it was "cycling" even on the trailer with an empty bilge. Was just making sure it wasn't set up some other way. Guess I'm still a little in the dark as to how it is "cycling" and draining your battery if it is on the trailer with no water in the bilge.

With all respect, maybe we should start different thread about wiring the bilge pump.
I don't have to reprogam my computer, TV, VCR etc after every power failure so it seems like some "MARINE" radio manufacture should make a unit the same way. Does anyone know of this?
