 Post subject: Sirius Radio

I just received my 2007 200 Horizon last week, and the radio already has problems...
It keeps saying" LINKING"? It worked for about an hour then no link with the satelite..
Anyone else with the same problem.

I had a similar problem and called Srius. They were able to reset the link and it has worked fine since.

i also had the same prob...worked one day then did not.
i just had to reset all cables to the unit and antenna; works fine now.

Interesting... I had a problem with mine too.

I went to activate it and the Sirius rep told me the radio ID had already been activated and in use. I told her it was impossible since the boat/radio was brand new!

They gave me a different customer service number to call, which I never did. Then I traded the boat in, so it's someone else's problem now. :cry:

I had this exact same thing happen season #2! In the 1st Season with the boat it worked fine. Then the day I launched the boat for my 2nd season with it, I turned on the Clarion Radio, and the tuner worked fine, then switched to the Sirius mode and it worked for about an hour, and then nothing. After resetting and spending a lot of time on the phone with Sirius, I finally gave up and had the dealer look at it. Turned out to be a problem with the Sirius Tuner. They replaced the tuner under warranty, and "Knock on Wood" no problems since.
