Hello all, nice to see everyone enjoying their boats this season. Great pics BTW. Ok, my issue is after I replaced my water pump because it was leaking last season I didn't really notice the rust the salt water leaking from it caused. After my last outing to the sandbar I opened the engine compartment and my serpentine belt was beginning to show wear(white on one side) and it is new (only 3 hours on it) Upon further inspection I noticed that I had rust on my idler pulley,circulation pump pulley,power steering pulley, belt tensioner pulley, and alternator pulley. My question other than replacing them all to the new volvo penta parts has anyone used any aftermarket pulleys like the ones on those go fast boats( the shiny ones

). I figure it should be a straight forward repair just loosen the bolts and replace the parts for new, any insights on how hard this project might be would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance for any input. 2008 H220SS 170 HRS 5.7 GXI 300HP DP
