Are you missing the cushions? If so I would recommend going to a fabric/upolstrey shop and get a one piece foam cut to fit and have a shop make a cover unless you use the area as a sitting area also.

When we had our 268, we slept on it alot. the factory cushions were to thin and the seam between them landed right about where my hip was, it made lseeping very uncomfortable.

We did not have the grey water tank, so ther was unde bed storage toward port that needed to be accessable. I had a custom 2 piece foam mattress made, if memory serves it was 5" thick and the main piece went from starboard to near the storage cover towards port. Then a small piece filled in the rest.

By doing this I was able to easily access the under bed storage, but the main mattress was long enough to my hip didnt fall in the seam. Made for much better sleeping. I think I paid around $425.00 for the set. Money well spent if you sleep on it alot.

You don't call someone to replace foam. Do it yourself. Pull the old pieces out, use them as a template for the new ones.

6" might be too thick, but just shop on Amazon. Get some nice memory foam.

You don't say the condition of your current cushions, but most will agree that they are pretty thin. We wound up adding a queen size mattress pad that is almost 3 inches of memory foam inside a fiberfill pillow top cover. It was about $250 or so at Brookstone. Its not quite like the mattress at home, but it is a lot more comfortable than the original mattress pads. The only drawbacks are the added thickness makes getting in to the foot locker a little tougher, and it takes a bit more space when we fold it in half on one original mattress pad and stack the other mattress pad on top of it.
