Nice clip.

Man I'm glad I don't have to deal with ramps.

+1

Having done that in the past, there really isn't anything quite as 'easy' as keeping your boat slipped. Fortunately, we can slip cruisers year round in Seattle... We're all-year-boaters up here.

Wow ... I wish that I could see that much efficiency and apparent knowledge and courtesy at a ramp with 1/10th that volume !

Why does that video make it appear that every single person launching actually has a clue about what they're doing? Where's the guy that jack-knives his trailer across 2 lanes, or the ones that drag the skeg all the way up the ramp?

For a July 3rd, that lake really had things under control.

I had the same thought, Rob. It was like they hired a bunch of professional backers :) . A few of them got a little out of their lane but the "other guy" seemed to always anticipate it and avoid any problems. Also it seemed like the boats all got off their trailers FAST.

Maybe I'm just used to how we do it  .

you should see us here in the NW during salmon season. We will launch/retrieve twice that many boats in 1/2 the time. You haven't' done anything until you have hoglined on the Columbia River.
