Will be hitting both the Portland and Seattle boat shows, gotta see what kind of boat candy I can find. Anyone else going to be there?

I was hoping to head to the Portland boat show, but now I'm not sure if I can break away for the 3 1/2 drive (gag). I may end up going to the Seattle boat show, but I was looking forward to some tax free shopping in Oregon!

I'll be sneaking out of the office for the afternoon on Mon, Tues, or Wed to check out the boat show. I figure I can escape the crowds.

Seattle show is nice because there's the inside portion and then the boats a'float over on lake union... with a shuttle between the 2.

Just pray for a dry day. :D

The Vancouver Boat Show is canceled this year due to the Olympics and a needed roof replacement, so I am hoping to attend the Seattle show.

I'll be going to Seattle boat show. Cougar, can I carpool with you? Maybe I can sneak out as well one of those days.... There's some stuff I want to research before I go to Roche and Friday this summer.

I'll be there in spirit. We do a lot of printing for Raymarine. We just sent some stuff out there today.

Enjoy the show. I'm really hoping to get to the Boston one. We've never gone before.

Looks like I'm headed to the show on Tuesday...

Anyone else around or interested? I know Optimus Prime will probably be there as well.

Cougar - I don't see Regal on the list of exhibitors, but if they show and have the 44SC I'd love to get your take. And if you have time, check out the Sabre 40 and the Jeanneau 42S and see if your reaction is the same as mine. I see Four Winns is set to be there so, of course, we'll need a full report and lots of photos.

I went on Sunday and there was no Four Winns to be seen. The dealer that sells Four Winns only had 2 Crownline boats at the show. Seemed like Sea Ray had the biggest showing. Last years boat show had better deals in my opinion.

Thanks
Dennis

Yeah, SportBoat is hanging on by a thread.

I wish someone would pick up the FW line and do it some justice.

Anyone know what it takes to start a boat dealership? Might give me something to do in my spare time.

Will be there Saturday to drool over Nordhavn and Nordic tugs. I dream about traveling the world in one of those tugs.

I like the Selene quite a bit more...

tugs are gorgeous... spendy & slow... but gorgeous.
