Well it's official let the boating season begin. Boats in its home just waiting for some warmer weather. Supprised when I pulled into our marina there are only 5 other boats in the water ready to go

We did a tour of several marina's yesterday as we made our way to my Mom's and the Mother-inlaw's for visits. We found the docks were pretty baretoo.... It's still a little early; everybody will be panicking when they realize the long weeknd is only two (Canada) or three (US) weekends away.

Looking good! We are 2 days away from launch, and the first ride in the new boat. I had planned to do it on the weekend, but the 6 inches of snow and 70km/h winds we got on Saturday kinda changed those plans in a hurry. Instead, I was rushing on friday night to drain the engine block for Saturday night's freeze!

We finnally got to go boating this weekend. It was a huge "Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh" moment for me. Seemed like an unusually long winter this year. So glad the boating season is back on.
