It sucks, no doubt about it, but I am a realist. One thing I have learned about being in the car business is that there is always a deal out there somewhere.

Steve, I sent you a text. Guess your # is still the same? Need a car "survey" in Plano.

I can second that! I never let a bad deal get me down!

I saw that Monty, Cap'n .... Nice boat. Has all/most of the things we would like in a "move-up" boat.

And a trailer too !

Still not ready to do it though.

Alot of boat for the $'s. I was in a 302 this spring, actually considered it, but it sold before we could
even make an offer. The headroom is off the charts in that boat. Trailer included surprised me as well.

Buying boats in Texas suck right now, we get ALOT of Hurricane Katrina boats here. You really have to be careful. These insurance companies sell these boats at auction that sat on the bottom in some swamp in Louisiana for who knows how long. Someone gets them shined up and running and they end up in Texas on the market.

Might be , might not be. Too hard to tell from an add. Only one way to find out for sure. Take a look, and ask. It would be pretty obvious if the boat was re-fitted.

Hurricane Ike also was not kind to boats, but most of those boats should be gone by now.

I still say it's worth at least a phone call if there is any interest in the boat.

You should be at the Chiefs game Mike, rather than posting here.

I've got the best seat in the house - my LaZBoy, a laptop, and a cold beer that didn't cost $8.

I thought , "aguyindallas" was still casually looking for a Cruiser, ran across this one and thought I would share, just in case. I know he had a 322 he was looking at several months back. The 302 is a tad smaller, but not by much.
He did mention this once.

I certainly do appreciate the posting...and I am still casually looking for a boat. Right deal, right situation makes me a buyer. We are content with what we have, and have some other financial goals in place (that are coming together quite nicely if I might add) that are giving us the feeling we should wait. As said a million times though...the right deal make me a buyer.
