We decided to leave the boat in one more week. We are pulling the boat out October 9, 2011. Hope the weather holds out for end of season cleaning and post season preparation. Dan

Hope you have a good final time with her Dan. I'm still pricing indoor storage but if nothing good turns up, it'll be shrink wrap at the marina. I'm gonna stay in a month or so yet,,,I'm a die hard :D

We're looking at 75-80 deg and waves less than 1 foot thru the weekend here on the southern tip of Lake Michigan!! What a difference from the frigid temps and 22ft waves of last weekend. I was just starting to fall into my winter depression, especially with the boat coming out next thursday, so I'm really gonna cherish this weekend since it will be the last :(

Yep, I agree Cap'n, looking good in our area as well. We plan on arriving at our marina Friday evening. Will take our boat out on Saturday afternoon for one last cruise for this season and then enjoy our marina's Thanksgiving dinner get together on Saturday evening.

Sunday and Monday are reserved for me to do the oil changes on engines and generator (and to have some fun in between) and then Tuesday early morning we are lifted out, winterized and blocked for the upcoming winter.

Glad the weather at this point is cooperating for our entire Canadian Thanksgiving long weekend. Taking the boat over to the travel lift and being lifted out in the pouring rain is no fun.

Mike.
