Hello all, I am new to the board and a new Four Winns owner. I will go into details soon, but I have to say that I am very disappointed in the condition/quality of my brand new H190 so far. Does anyone know the current contact info for Bill Kruger or any other FW direct customer service / warranty rep? I have quite a list of items that arrived broken or damaged, and trying to deal with dealerships has been horrible so far.
