I had an issue with my transom mounted shower head. I took a picture and emailed Bill. In less than a week, I had the warrantied parts at my door, and I'm in Canada. This is the second time that he has taken care of me. The first issue was with cracking trailer tires soon after I got the boat last year.

My selling/servicing dealer is 2 hours away, and I didn't want to drive all the way there for minor issues, so the high level of customer service has definitely impressed me.

And exactly how does one contact Mr. Kruger if a 2012 H210SS boat owner has a question or concern? Inquiring folks want to know. :?:

Ditto. The parts guy at our local dealer looks like Comic Book Guy, and knows about as much about boats. Useless.
