The black and red stripes are gelcoat.
Rear section o the boat is black gelcoat with a transition to black vinyl near the tree.

Thanks for confirming. 3 gel coat colors.

I stand by what I said before. The black under the white is gel coat. To get the multiple colors they will layer the gel coat in some areas.

Whatever the case...
That is a very nice boat and I hope everything with getting it repaired goes smoothly, and you are happy with how it turns out!
I DO understand the comments about some people at boat ramps....It gets, well---very "entertaining" at times

That is is very nice boat, and you should not feel guilty about wanting to keep you hard earned toys looking and responding as new...the biggest 2-problems at the docks, and launches, are RESPECT, and PATIENCE...too things many people do not possess, I have seen nearly everything at the docks, and ramps even had too leave a few facial marks on the idiot who owns the docks/launch and has zero respect for all on and around it. Although I do enjoy a good brew-ha-ha that is not the reason I go to the launch/docks, the problem is many boaters who have purchased there boat for a song or a bomb who have no respect for their stuff (nor anyone elses),and think it is ok to act like a caveman on the boat launch infront of families, or to play bumper cars at the dock. Further while patient people hover waiting for the opening at the dock some steroid monkey in dire need of a punch in the head takes his cranked stereo and proceedes to cutoff all in wait and play bumper boats with the unfortunate owner of the docked boat...did I mention I have had to leave a few facial marks (and how I hate beligerent steroid monkies)...I am now working on my own patience, although I usually have more understanding than many it still studders me as to how the idiot in line at the ramp honking and waving his arm at some poor dad with his hands full, drives by the same guy 10 minutes later and waves like he is his buddy...Patience...Patience...Patience.
