When is everyone planning on winterizing? Up in new england, i was thinking about getting it done towards the end of the month... but it just seems so early. I just got the boat in July, and was interested in hearing when everyone usually caves in and pulls the plug for the season.

I hate to even talk about it, but I always tell the marina they call pull my boat anytime after Columbus day.

The season is going by way too fast.

I'm looking at mid-late November. Nothing better than a fall color run all bundled up.

I usually try to wakeboard once or twice in November before I shut her down for the year.

I'll probably change the oil in the next few months but winterize, nah. It'll be in my heated shop, on-board charger plugged in, stabilized fuel after say...October. But if a nice day hits, it's go time!

Mine is already done usually I wait until about 2 weeks after labor day but I got stuff going on every weekend in september. I pulled it over to the marina on labor day and they gave me the call that its done. The summer goes too fast!!

Taking some leave to go home to SD from 9-22 Sep. Hope to use it through Oct after that. As soon as it looks like the temp is going to start reaching 32, I'll have to call it quits. Hopefully that's not until November!

Man... that Snowmobile is HOT!

Oh yeah... usually I'm in the water 'til the first weekend in October. I winterize shortly after that. Maybe a week or two earlier this year because.... It's colder, and the boat isn't back from the shop yet!

I got my haul out scheduled on Oct 25th, the last day the marina hauls out.

Last out in the fall, first in in the spring.

Man I hate winter! Hurry up global warming!!

LOL!

We're in NH also. We typically don't winterize until November. We run an electric heater in the bilge, with a thermostat on it.

This year, with the new boat, the plan is to winterize the fresh and waste water systems, but run the heater in the bilge .... so we can do some late season outings.

Never!!! gotta love South Australian weather
Sorry if I am sounding smug, but before exploring this forum I had never even heard of winterizing
Summer is coming, spring is here
and the new boat arrives before I know it
