As previously mentioned, the speedometer inlet on the outdrive was painted over when my cousin refinished my outdrive last week. Today, I was able to sand down the paint, find the inlet, scrape out the filler and clean out the inlet hole with a 5/64 in drill bit. Then I touched up the paint but with the drill bit in place this time so the inlet hole will not be covered. I did not test it because the wind was really picking up and it looked like storms were rolling in. I am pretty confident that will get the speedometer going again.

Installed six new Polk Audio 6.5" speakers. They sound and look much better than the 15 year old Sony speakers.
Figured how I am going to mount my Lawrance GPS. I am going with RAM Mounts and a 12V accessory plug.
Take a look on ebay for your RAM mount. I found mine really cheap there.
Good tip but my Ram Mounts already arrived from Amazon. Having Prime makes shopping at Amazon even more addicting. I got the Polk speakers from them as well. They were sold through their "Amazon Warehouse". Sometimes they sell returned items but mine were brand new just had damage to the original packaging/boxes. The speakers were still mint but $10 cheaper per pair. Adds up when you are buying 3 pair...
