Was hoping to launch this weekend but it doesn't look like the weather is going to cooperate, so maybe next weekend. If the forecast changes and it's warm enough to bottom paint Saturday then maybe I can still get it in by Sunday.

Went in a week and a half ago. Cruising on the Chesapeake Bay just above the bay bridge. Temps have been fine with the canvas up. Boat runs great and I am looking forward to another awesome boating season. Get them boats wet!!! 8)

Thursday, but waterski season for us downunder folk finishes at the end of April. Will most likely take the boat out just for a cruise over winter.

water here in the bay is only 47 to 50 degrees, not looking forward to getting off at the island to let the dogs relieve themselves. should be out for first launch next weekend.
New swim platform should be in before next friday and I will install it install that day, so the boat will be 100% ready

Lake Mohave 5-21. Hoping for that nice 100 degree desert heat. Love the first trip before Memorial day weekend. Going up early Tuesday and driving back Saturday. Should have the lake to ourselves and be driving home opposite Memorial Day crowd.

Planning on this weekend if we don't get any more rain!!! We are having the boat trucked to a ramp close to our new marina.

The Illinois River is closed in the flood area until at least May 1 to traffic in a 100 mile stretch. They are still trying to get the barges off of the dam at Marseilles that broke loose last week. The marina to the west of our old place posted video of boats floating off of their jack stands and river water in the tool drawers of the mechanics work bay.

The Illinois and Mississippi will not be back to normal for months. Very sad.

I'll be looking for you in Pueblo...but not this soon. Mine is still in winter storage. Thinking of bringing it home this weekend for washing, vacuuming, waxing, etc. Just not sure that we've seen our last snowstorm of the winter yet, so a little bit reluctant to de-winterize just yet.

Where in the Springs are you from "lakelover"? We commute to Pueblo from the Briargate area.
