Yep, not been great here yet either.. Been pretty warm here since Monday, but back to rain and cold (in the forcast) starting today through the end of the weekend.. Still, hasn't kept us from going since the first weekend in April! :mrgreen:

It was a beautiful winter of 70's and even 80s... but this last week has been nothing but rain and drizzle. I guess it's time to put the camper canvas up and make the best of it.

YES! :D
Boat comes out of storage Sat. Probably won't splash but at least I get to start her up and change the impeller.

Then sit on deck and have a few cold ones. :mrgreen:

I've been working on mine all week, cleaning, washing, waxing. Sitting in the driveway drinking a cold one wishing I was out in the water. I am almost done so see dreams do come true.

Ric ,

That looks like better weather than we've had here in 4 years! Some sun here today ( 95 miles from the marina) , but only some 52 deg. F with a strong SW wind, so cold. At the marina, the wind is stronger ( F6--7).

Nothing lost by not having the boat launched yet. I'm beginning to wonder whether we should have a boat at all;

Maybe I should buy one or two classic cars instead ( Mk 2 Ford Lotus Cortina plus a Ford Escort RS1800; I owned both in the past. should never have sold either of them !!!!)

It is about 40 degrees F here this morning; I too am thinking that classic car might just be a lot less trouble than the boat....so many nice ones out there... I'd love a 64 413 Max Wedge Super Stock Dodge...

One step ahead of ya Graham.... haven't been as eager to get the boat in the water yet this year...
