The Marina informs me mine will be in and ready to go in Lake Hopatcong this weekend.

We loaded up on 4/17 to head to Canyon Lake (North of San Antonio).

Should be splashing a week from sunday. Just have to install batteries and i want to sand and paint the outdrive before I install it then I should be all set. I already uncovered it and inspected everything. Looks great so far. A coat of wax possibly. But all in all I am ready

You can't buy happiness but you can buy a boat and that's pretty close.

I requested our marina complete the items I would like them to address on our boat between May 5 - May 9th and have our boat in water and ready to go for Saturday May 10th.

Got the antifouling paint applied a couple weeks back, now on to the washing/waxing chore.

Looking forward to the start of boating season, it has been a colder, more snow than average winter for us in Ontario, Canada.

Splashed this past Friday after two months in my driveway getting new u joints, bellows, trim senders, paint, manifolds, risers, impeller and thermostat. Had a good shakedown Friday afternoon with no hiccups and looking forward to a great season!

Good news for us Northern Lake Michigan boaters!
The wind and storms rolling through yesterday and today have finally broken up the ice pack.
Got word that the Beaver Island ferry may try and cross tomorrow.
Now I really got to get busy on my todo list. Won't be long now.

Boat was put in the water the water today. Looking forward to spending the first weekend aboard. Still need to wash and wax everything above the rub rail, install new chartplotter, get the new mercury inflatable rigged up on the existing Davits, then wait for the remaining ice to melt on the lake to be a boater instead of a floater, oh and fix the pool heater at the marina.

Inspected the new slip, installed the batteries, and got a coat of wax on yesterday. Next weekend she comes out of storage.
Supposed to top 80 degrees here this Thursday
Still looking like Memorial Day weekend before I'm on the water though.
