Due to the sudden influx of people arriving in our state over the past 10 years, we regret to inform you that we have officially closed our doors to Texas(tejas, United State of Texas, Country of Texas, etc). WE are no longer accepting other businesses or residents and we will inform you when(and if) we decide to open our doors back up.
To summise, Texas is Full.... everyone go home
I have been a resident of Texas for almost 30 years and I can tell you that I have seen this state change for the worse over the past 10. Houston was always bad, so we'll leave that city out(no offense, Houstonians

I lived there for 6 years). I can only speak for Austin and Central Texas. Ten Years ago if I was walking down the street and passed someone, we would exchange howdy's, hello's, or even weather information. Now, if I say "Hello", I get a curious look, and no response. I wouldn't be surprised if half of them called the police. I live here because of the small town atmosphere, but unfortunately that is disappearing rapidly.
I wouldn't mind if Four Winns came down here, but where would they be? Houston? Galveston? Sure it will help to stimulate the economy; however, if there weren't so many people moving here looking for jobs, we wouldn't have such a high unemployment rate in the first place. I agree with the others in that the cost of moving an entire plant from one state to another is not exactly cost effective, especially given the state of the economy(Thanks G.W. <-- bad seed from Texas).
