Interesting thing here...I was just looking at my boat insurance policy and it shows a "rated speed" for my boat. Its 54mph.

True...your insurance is much higher if your boat does do 60 mph.

By the way...where is your kids life jacket in these pics??

I was waiting for someone to mention that. Not sure what we were thinking. Put it on him half way there. Dumb move on our part!!

Not at all. Probably just to excited to get out for the first time.

Thanks man. I know we made a mistake and I can admit that.

As many of you are aware of that there is an error in trim gauge just as speedometer …
Believe or not I am hitting on a sweet spot on trim…. If I trim up more the boat will slow down…. If I trim less the boat will slow down as well. I only use trim gauge as a “reference” just as my speedometer. FW and VP could do better on this area…
I love to think I can do better……. :D

Thanks 248 & Suishi, post was getting a little off course. :?
Is it just me or does it seem to be a little more angry in here lately? I am obsessive compulsive when it comes to safety (the law after all only applies to people that have something to lose) but I have made my share of mistakes

Jealous 07H200SS - I have a few weeks yet before I can splash mine so congrats.
60? Hmm I'v seen mine get up there once or twice but I will have to get my little GPS thingy out to see how fast it's really going. Anything over 20 is going to feel like 60 this time of year anyway.

Yeah...kinda thinking the same thing. I have the kids get in the back if we are going to get up to that sort of speed...and thats not very often really anyway.

When we get up to that speed my son always sits with the admiral and she hangs on to him and yes his vest was on by the time I opened it up.

It's that time of year where we're stuck re-using pictures from last year and everyone's taking it out on 07H200SS. :D
