WOW Capt, great memory!

We purchased it from Atlantis Tower and it was installed last October during her winterization.

I guess I can’t just stop with projects; the radar is working and the new anchor light installed, the boat is in the water but I needed another project. I have never liked the oval plastic table that Fourwinns supplied for use in the rear cockpit so it needed to be replaced. Last weekend it was raining, but boating was on my mind, I purchased 9 board feet of mahogany and started off to make a new table. Here is a photo, it currently has 5 coats of marine varnish and will require one more go round of sanding. Then I get to turn it over and do it all over again.

I'm hoping not that white oval vista table...I just paid a pretty penny for a new one!

That be the one; just being oval shaped limits the usable surface area.

Great looking table! I think I would love to do something like that. What are the dimensions on that table?

Saturday was the first time in the water for us this year. It was so a young couple could sea trial our boat before they bought it.

Image

So right now we our boatless

But all is good because we pick up our new 205 tomorrow!! :D

Image

Of course, we will have to get it in the water this weekend and enjoy our new addition.

Wishing everyone a wonderful and safe boating season! Enjoy!

The table is ¾” x 35” x 17-1/2”. On the V248 the two mounting locations are not on centered with the seats to allow for the filler cushions to be used. I will offset or cantilever the table from the mount to place it in a more central location for outside dining.
