Thanks for the beautiful pictures Oscar. Unfortunately, the only thing historical that I could post from our lake is Georgia red clay. Good to have you and your Italian scenery aboard.

Great pics Oscar! Where is Maggiore Lake? It looks similar to Lake Como.

yes Maggiore Lake is similar to Como one, let's say the Maggiore is bigger and wider and it's something like 15 - 20 kilometers more western than Como Lake, between these two there's the Lugano Lake that is half Italian and half Swiss. Also the Maggiore Lake in the most northern part belongs to Switzerland.

Our second outing of the year. 80 degrees and a lot of boats were out including this bad boy. I can't believe the owner has it on a 12,000 acre lake.

He needs it for a better observation of the red clay

I definitely I agree, a big boat on a small lake it's like a thunder in box ( :!: ), but here we have the same: our lake is only 50,000 acre and we have also some Azimut 68, a couple of big Astondoa cruisers, Sessa Marine has it's biggest dealer on our lake, you can immagine how many of these around:

I used to spend alot of time in Mandello del lario on the east side of Lake Como. The scenery is very similar to Maggiore. That is one of my favorite places in the world. Unfortunately I was always there on business and did not get a chance to do much boating.

thank you all, let's do in this way: you should agree on a date in which you could come here all together, on my 268 Vista I can bring (as you all know) 9 passengers...very close one to the other... :D

On vacation in Florida this week and getting really jealous of all the boats passing by. Can't wait to get on the boat in about 5 weeks from now.

My record here in Mn was April 29th a few years ago (2007). It was 89 F that day but the water was in the mid 50s. Too cold to go in the water without a wetsuit but too hot to sit in the sun with one on. At this rate it looks like this year we'll be lucky get it wet by mid May and won't have our first "real" day until Memorial weekend.

Should be delivered on the 28th! I'll have plenty to do over the following 4 weeks to prep for launch.

Dallas, when I get back next week I'll send you some of the info. I also wasn't able to edit/resize the photobucket pictures from the iPhone. Will have to figure that out as well!
