Thanks all for the discussion, I do have solid positive equity in the boat even at their first offering but it comes down to what Cap'n said it is need and want's. We really don't need it as we still like the FW, would we want the bigger boat sure but we are not willing to accept a 50% loss at this time. That said if anyone is looking for a super clean 40SD SeaRay there is one in Naples.
