Tubing can be made dangerous, including by other boaters over whom you have no control.

Totally agree Mike.....tubing is dangerous so keep an eye on other boaters and be focused at all times. I am throwing a birthday party for my daughter tomorrow and we'll be pulling a bunch of 10 year old girls. It will be stressful but an amazing time for the girls. I'll relax with a pop and a smile when it's all done.
