I have a cutter, not a printer and yes, I can layer graphics. Some of the vinyl printers out there are getting better, but they are still not as crisp as I would like, and the graphics definitely fade much faster than I like. Most professionals prefer razor cut quality vinyl, it just looks so well finished while some of the printouts look like cheap iron-ons. Incidentally, I can also razor cut your boat name, logo, etc onto matching shirts, etc... My plotter can cut thermal transfer material and I have a heat press to permanently bond it to fabric.
I would love to help you decal the heck out of something hahaha. If you can think it up, I can definitely make it.
