Trading for the ability to camp overnight or just get out of the weather is well worth it loosing 2 seats up front. All they're really good for is giving me the cool feature of looking at the back of someone's head anyways. The bow area does nothing for me as a boat owner/operator.

What engine in that 2003 ? The 2004 I posted has the V8, much preferred in a 205, but not required.

In the 2003+ 205's they only offered it with V8's. No 4.3 option.

Good luck with the sale ric, that 205 looks great! I never did give that particular boat much attention, but now that I see it I really like it. Great use of space, nice big opening to the cuddy, sink and great seating layout. I might even be able to tow it short distances with my liberty!

Hmmm.... ya got me thinkin'

Yup. Masterful use of space and design in a boat (sans the swim platform) that is basically the same size as your H180, just a hair taller.

Ric...sounds like you are in the wrong boat for you then.....when I boat I'm usually having to shuttle people from the designated water party spot.....meaning I'm having 7 to 8 in the boat most of the time....the bow is the hot spot for laying out while water sports is under underway.....I had a closed bow (Sea Ray) before and it was useless for me. This is why they make different models for sure.....find the boat for you and go with it.

As for us....we get that excited feeling every time we launch and have a blast.....this style boat for me is like a sports sedan......I may be ready for a station wagon one day, but not yet.

Some things never change....my boy started biating at age 3 and would make a tent in the bow and sleep on the way in.....last weekend...same thing at age 15....only difference is he had three girls in the bow seats...
..he may have been faking sleep:).

They should sell tent assemblies for the bow section for our 220SS everyone wants to make their own.

If it was a manufactured tent to assemble then nobody would want to use it:) Nothing as good as a large beach towel i recon.....kindof like the kids liking to play with the box more than the toy that came in them.

Could have used a cuddy yesterday. Spotty rain all day, could have brought the ladies indoors :)

You could always list your boat on Craigslist for more than it is worth like some people do........ and see if you
get any interest.

I would love to see how that AC unit is installed. Is there a video up of that installation? Didnt see it on the link you posted. We were just out this weekend to some 90+ degree days and an over night of about 80  !
