Sadly, I wasn't on the water myself, but above. chasing some fellow boaters down on the South Channel...sat was a touch breezy but ended up being a really nice day!

i need dry storage like that.. :cry: next house wife already know requirements.

2-3 car attached
3-6 car shop
huge lean toe awning roof on the side for boat and camper.

shop needs to have a bay always open for the boat to be able to be inside when needed.

Tight fit. My first year in this building and the radar is about 6" from the rafters. Had to drop the arch light down so she'll fit. About an inch between me and the boat next to me. I've got an anchor above my swim platform. They do a great job, but pack them tight. I was able to get a fresh coat of bottom paint on at the waterline. One less thing to do before launch.
