It should not be hard to get parts from the factory. I don't know why they were holding your order back, it's very easy for a dealer to order parts from Four Winns. We do it all online and common parts like what you wanted is shipped very quickly. Every now and then I have a part that will take a while to come in, but these are usually the non-stocking parts that they have to build like canvas and upholstrey.
