The video is downright amazing! I was set to do a week at Powell the first week of October, but had to cancel and will try and make it out the start of summer next year. I can't believe how uncrowded it looked for the end of August with school still out. Do you know how cold the water is around June and when it starts to get crowded for the summer months? Our group will be kidless and want to go outside the busy season, but would like water that is not toooooo freezing. I am really ready to not have to say "Powel is beautiful and breathtaking, but I've only seen pictures and heard about it from friends".

For now, I'm on my way to Mead next Monday to chase the Labor Day crowd home and hopefully enjoy some good water. You've got a great looking family that has a true passion for boating vacations!

I know, its not a Four Winns :( But until I find mine I had to hijack a friends sailboat for the week.

On our way out to our usual cove yesterday. It was a GREAT lake day. My wife did the driving and rafting up with our friends, I got to play deck hand.
