We pay 435.00 a month for a 40 foot slip. That includes water, but we do pay for electricity.

Around here (Southeastern MA, Cape and Islands) the cheapest I have seen is off-Cape in Wareham for $85 per foot from April to October. Cheapest storage I have found is $30 per foot from October to April. So for a 25' boat, you would pay $2875 for a slip and storage off season. Hauling of course would be extra unless you have a trailer.

The minimum wait time for a mooring is 5 years, and I am on a 30+ year wait list for a mooring on the Cape Cod Bay side, which are where the best beaches, crystal clear water, no jellyfish, and live is good side of the Cape...

So...for now, trailer it is!

For covered slip (13'x33') with Water and metered electric, we payed a little more than $2800 for April through November.. With the new boat, I'll be paying more for the same slip. Would guess somewhere between 3k and $3100 and it's shoe horned in there, and maxing out their rule of allowing 10% over the total length of the slip...

I was paying around 120/yr but they're raising the price with the raising of the max LOA from 18ft to 22ft.
