You live 15 minutes from the lake, have a trailer and live on another lake. Just curious why pay them $ 1,500.00 a year to park and launch a small boat???

Park it at home and you can be floating in 20 minutes. Sell the girly car and get something that can haul something more than a hat box. Then you can go anywhere anytime you want and can check the boat daily.

To be quite honest I'm not concerned about $150 a month for dockage.

Have you considered trading the bimmer for a Porsche Cayenne S? I know that it's hard to give up the handling of a bmw but you wouldn't think it's a trade off if you test drive one. For a long time I had to borrow friends trucks until I discovered the Cayenne because I didn't want to drive a vehicle that handles like a boat.
