Well, after years and years the home owners tonight made the decision to raise the max LOA to 22ft from 18ft. Time to find a 2003+ SD 205 again ![]() Since I stole the SR I'll see if a dealer will just do a trade (yea right) |

NO boats allowed except for the 8 houses that get to vote. Corruption even at the block level. Make crazy rules that only they can afford or rule on. I never get it. Let's move to water and hate boats. ![]() ![]() This is in a rural executive community with 2 plus acre estates. Can't see another house from our new property. Hilton Head was not much better, but at least they provide a boat and RV parking lot for that. |

Oh, by the way ric, I am just east of you now on the coast in Brevard county. Had to give up the second house in Hilton Head and get one in Florida as not to be on the road as much. 1 year for us anyways. Really trying hard to land at Table Rock instead. I like fresh water not salt. Maybe you could help me find some down there. |

Bars, restaurants, and a whole bunch of fun happens on that section of the river every weekend. If you feel adventurous you can actually take the river all the way north to Jacksonville and the ocean. http://goo.gl/maps/jS2ZY Lake Harney might be closer to you on the river but there isn't dick out those parts. I live on a small lake in Casselberry but it's pretty poppin on Sundays (before football season). Nice beach, volleyball, bbqing, etc. |

Call it a three hour tour. I don't mind trailering up to 3 hours away for a weekend. Closer is good, but I was wandering if anyone knew anything about the wide body of water when you pass on the west side of Jacksonville. Salt, fresh, tidal or not. Marina's open? I don't want to worry too much about 3 foot deep though. |
