Does anyone know how to adjust the windshield on a 2006 horizon 210? The center hinged section is hanging a bit low and digging into the fiberglass. |

I don't know that there is anything that can be adjusted with the windshield itself. The problem may be more complicated: Your "upper hull" may have been able to sag down in the middle a little bit, which would allow the consoles to lean a little towards each other. Put another way...Imagine as you step on the floor directly below the walk through window...if your weight is able to push down on that floor area, then that in turn would pull inward on the left & right consoles. This would also cause the windshield to not close or not align. You could look from inside your ski-locker, and from under the bow seats, for how the "upper hull" is supported. On my Horizon 240 (2010), I can see from inside the Head (port), and Storage Locker (stbd), that the upper hull bow walkway is supported as follows: 1. There is wood structure surrounding the ski-locker that provides a platform for the upper hull to sit on. 2. There is a layer of carpet ![]() My windshield is out of alignment by about 1/16" (1.5mm)... that is, I have to push apart on the two halves of the windshield to get the walk though window to close. My theory is that the carpet mentioned above has compressed. I have been considering inserting a shim or shims under that area to correct this. Please post pictures. |

On my old '88 the braces for the windshield do have some adjustment and I was able to get mine well aligned by fiddling with the adjustment. I don't know if the newer boats use the same set up or not. |

Unable to post pictures as boat is currently in storage. My old stingray had adjustable braces. There are bracess on my windshield but no apparent adjustment. The issue is that the walk through section sags a little, there must be a way to adj. I am hoping for more feedback esprcially from a 210 owner. Thanks for the feedback |

mibagge - I have an ss and my windshield has done the same over the years. I'm not sure if your frame is assembled the same as an ss, but previously I've had to pull up on it to get it square and then tighten all the screws, I think I even backed a few out and used some blue loctite to help keep them tight. Hope this helps. David |
