I'm sea trialing a Horizon220 tomorrow.2007 volvo penta outdrive less than 50 hours on boat. what should I be looking for during this test. thanks

My opinion, pay someone who knows boats to check it out. Worth the $$$

IMO, being a relatively new boat with low hours, I'd ask to see maintenance records and get the history of the previous owner if possible. If the boat runs well, is clean in appearance and appears to have been taken care of, I'd say you only need to decide if it is what you want and then prepare to negotiate a fair price.

I would do a search here there are many threads on how to check out a boat you are thinking of buying. I would start with maintenance records, and it you not the mechanically inclined type it is best to have a hull, mechanical and water test inspections.

I start with a hull/deck/transom inspection. If it fails these checks forget it, those repairs are difficult and expensive. I then move on to the mechanical inspection and next water test. Also don't forget to check the trailer.
